Patch Notes Summary Rundown
Patch 26.14: Pandemonium
Pandemonium's Patch 26.14 is here, and it's mostly a mid-lane shakeup with a Locke follow-up nerf and a T1 championship skin wave dropping alongside it. Corki, Mordekaiser, Nami, and Yunara all get real power added back in, while Garen, Jayce, Locke, Senna, and Seraphine get reeled in after strong showings. Azir doesn't get numbers touched at all. Riot instead fixed a pile of item/rune interaction bugs that were quietly underselling him. Blue Buff also picks up scaling Ability Haste to matter more in the late-game jungle, and ARAM/Arena both get their usual pass of augment and champion tuning.
Buffs: Corki, Mordekaiser, Nami, Yunara
Nerfs: Garen, Jayce, Locke, Senna, Seraphine

Champions
Azir (Tweak)
No stat changes here. This is a bug-fix pass aimed at "fixing impactful bugs and changing some rune interactions" rather than direct numbers.
