Mordekaiser got the buff that matters
Realm of Death [R] comes back after 120 seconds at rank one, down from 140. He's worth banning now, and 12% of top lane games already do.
The untouched fallers are still good
Nobody nerfed Twitch, Yone, Garen or Lux. Other picks climbed past them, and all four stayed in the top two tiers.
Patch 26.20, in one minute
Live since October 7. This is the build Worlds is played on.
Nerfs aimed at pro play
Ambessa, Ashe, Cassiopeia, K'Sante and Yunara each lose a little, and Riot's graphic marks every one of those nerfs for the pro bracket. Yunara is the one ranked players will notice.
Hextech Rocketbelt changes its job
It loses half its ability haste and gains damage, so buying it as a Flash you pay gold for stops working. Kennen and Neeko got small buffs to cover the loss.
Ranged top laners lose their Hexplate
Ranged champions now get half of Experimental Hexplate's attack speed and move speed, down from 70%. Runaan's Hurricane got nerfed too.
Coming in 26.21
On the PBE now. Patch 26.21 goes live October 21.
Varus gets rebuilt numbers
Blighted Quiver [W] loses base on-hit damage (40 down to 28 at max rank) and gets a bigger AD ratio in return, so more of it comes from his items. Piercing Arrow [Q] gets a new damage formula too.
True Damage Know My Name
Prestige Ekko, Akali, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo. They ship with 26.21, and the music video for "Know My Name" (this year's Worlds anthem) came out this week.
New ARAM Mayhem Augments and Headliners
Riot's teaser shows a Jinx rocket, a big trumpet and bees.

What Riot said
Why Fiddlesticks' buff disappeared
We pulled Fiddlesticks buff because we couldn't find a great change for him and after looking more closely he was in a decent spotMatt Leung-Harrison (Phroxzon), lead gameplay designer, October 10
The replay lockdown waits for 26.21
Replays from other players' games still download for all of 26.20, after Riot pushed the change back on October 7.
We are working on a solution to ensure the creators and coaches out there that rely on replays are not meaningfully impacted by this change and want to have that in place before this goes live.League of Legends on X
