Neeko is the week's biggest climber
26.20 gave Tangle-Barbs [E] more damage and a longer root, and she's in Tier 2 as a support now. Her win rate is still 48.6%, so she isn't a lock yet.
Sejuani fell with a 52.5% win rate
Nobody touched her in 26.20. She dropped to Tier 2 anyway, and so did Ekko and Naafiri, so all three are still safe picks.
Coming in 26.21
On the PBE now. Patch 26.21 goes live October 21.
Two top junglers take a hit
Riot calls Lee Sin and Qiyana two of the strongest junglers, especially at higher ranks. Qiyana's cut stays light because Bastionbreaker gets nerfed in the same patch.
Greaves and Hubris come down for marksmen
Gluttonous Greaves gets tapped down, and Hubris loses power on ranged champions while melee users get a buff. Dawncore is the one item going up.
Yasuo and Yone are on the nerf list
Both have been rushing Shieldbow, and Riot says it's looking too strong on them. Yone is God Tier in mid right now, so this one hits a lot of games.
True Damage Know My Name ships with it
Prestige Ekko leads the line. Akali, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo are on the PBE too.
Skins, modes and events
Clash goes ARAM on October 17 and 18
It's the Piltover Cup, and it runs both weekend days. Get your team set before Saturday.
Hall of Legends ends October 19
Last call on that pass. The Worlds 2026 pass runs until January 5, so there's no rush on that one.
What Riot said
Azir, Orianna and Ryze get room to breathe
All three are announced buffs for 26.21 and aren't in the game files yet.
This is our first post World's patch and we're stabilizing the Ranked environment for end of season climbs, while giving a bit of breathing room to some of the champions that have had suppressed winrates due to Pro Play (Azir, Ori, Ryze, etc.)Matt Leung-Harrison, lead gameplay designer, October 13
Jynxzi's tournament is back October 14
It starts at 4pm ET. Watch 30 minutes for the Malphite Press R emote, 2 hours for Arcane Warwick and 3 for the Mythic Chroma. Link your Riot account to Twitch first.
