Akshan jumps two tiers in mid
He went from Tier 4 to Tier 2 in one week, and 26.21 didn't touch him at all. He's at 49.8% over 6,355 games.
Lee Sin drops to Tier 3 in the jungle
He took nerfs in 26.21 and wins 46.7% of 46,055 games now. People still ban him 18.0% of the time, though.

Patch 26.21 went live October 21.
Tristana's early attack speed gets cut
Rapid Fire [Q] starts at 40% now, down from 60%. Max rank is still 120%. So she feels it in lane, and she's gone from God Tier to Tier 2 since 26.20.
Jinx and Caitlyn lose a bit too
Jinx drops from 630 base health to 610. She's still God Tier anyway, at 51.2% over 54,600 games. Caitlyn's passive tops out at 80% AD now (it was 100%), though Piltover Peacemaker [Q] hits for up to 230.
Miss Fortune gets the bot lane buff
Make It Rain [E] starts at 90 damage and Bullet Time [R] crits deal 145%. She's God Tier now.
Quiet mages pick up buffs
Ryze is the big one. Overload [Q] gives up to 50% move speed at max. Azir, Vel'Koz and Taliyah get help as well, and Orianna gets a little more AP ratio.
Nidalee and Rammus get trimmed
Pounce [W] does 170 at max, down from 190. Rammus lost resists on Defensive Ball Curl [W] and climbed to Tier 1 anyway, at 52.5%.
Gluttonous Greaves costs 1100 gold
It was 1000. Bastion Breaker goes from 22 lethality to 18 too.

Lee Sin gets nerfed again
That's two patches in a row for him. Orianna takes a nerf on the PBE as well.
K/DA FIRESTARTER skins land on the PBE
Ignition Akali and Hitmaker Evelynn are both Mythic. There's a Legendary Evelynn too, plus Epic Ahri and Kai'Sa.
Skins, modes and events
Journey to Stardom runs until January 27
It started October 21. Every game gets a Headliner band (K/DA, Pentakill, True Damage, even Bees).
League Classic Pass: Act II is out
It opened October 20 and lasts until January 4. Hall of Legends closed October 19, so that one's done.
True Damage Know My Name hits the store
Prestige Ekko leads the line. Akali, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo get one each.

Bot Varus was supposed to stay put. He still climbed from Tier 4 to Tier 3 in bot this week, at 48.6%.
