Splash art is © Riot Games. The wallpapers are cut from Riot's full-size art (the copies the League of Legends Wiki hosts). Current client art comes from Data Dragon, and the old paintings are from our own wallpaper archive, which goes back to 2011. We checked every one against Riot's art before it went up.
