Archive post, January 2013. This one's a snapshot rather than current advice. Cooldown reduction stopped being a stat in Patch 10.23, so the 39% and 40% numbers below are the old cap and not something you can stack today, and the masteries and runes are from the pre-2018 system Runes Reforged replaced. The Brutalizer is still in the game, so the opener survives, but treat the rest as a record of how we played ARAM Ashe back then.
So I've been playing a lot of ARAM lately, and I thought lots of people did this. However, after playing a few games with this strategy, I received a lot of positive feedback on creativity, so I'd like to share this tactic with you guys!
As the title states, it involves stacking CDR Ashe on ARAM. Check out this video below for an idea of how spammable her spells are and what kind of pressure she puts on the enemy team:
Masteries:
Runes:
Any will do...ideally you'll get some arpen reds/quints since they work better with spells. If you want to pick up some flat CDR and build some earlier damage, that works too.
Items:
Starting with Brutalizer is a must for this strategy. I generally build Ionian boots next, which gives me a pretty sweet amount of CDR, followed by either a Kindlegem or a Manamune, depending on how much gold I have. Afterwards, definitely build damage to take full advantage of your 39% CDR. (or 40% if you're running CDR blues).

Presss W repeatedly...faceroll and don't get too close to assassins!

wow dude that is pretty sick. its a good idea if i ever get her ill have to try it out. i like stacking CDR on most ad carrys in ARAMs. you dont really lose anything from it, as a black cleaver and boots dont really do anything but help your damage anyway

ReplyDeleteIt's actually closer to something like 2.4 seconds. That's the whole point of the CDR poye.
ReplyDeleteIt is aram and it means to RANDOM so unless you are dodging (which is idiotic) there is sooo low chance of playing ashe. So why even do something like aram guide ?

ReplyDeleteWell, without a doubt. The absolute best ARAM champs are heimer and fiddlesticks. No cdr needed.. just mana and ap. Start out with boots and a couple dorans and pots(i think) and youll have tons of fun to the dismay of the other team
