Sudden Dip in Frame Rate?

Got a pretty good computer but your frame rates have dipped on League of Legends one morning? Chances are if you've been leaving your computer on for a while you'll need to restart it. Not just the client, you have to restart your entire computer.

Not sure why, something to do with the graphics card and your memory.

Happened to me this morning! Last hitting was hard. Hope this helped someone out there!
