Stealth Rework Punishes Overextending, Decreases Anti-Fun

Yesterday, the range of stealth detection on turrets was increased by several hundred units. The reason for this is obvious:

Overextending and dying to stealth heroes: Doh. I am bad.
Dying under turret to something you couldn't see as it runs away at Mach 5: WHY RIOT WHY


The exact post is as follows:
Working as intended - one of the changes we made was to extend tower detection radius by several hundred units. 
The tower actually *does* see other stealth characters at the same range as Evelynn. Evelynn, however, is the only one who is explicitly warned about being seen.
