Unable to Right-click Bug

I'm not sure how many of you have experienced this bug, and I'm not quite sure what causes it, but basically when you enter the game your right-clicking is for some strange reason disabled.

I'm generally getting one person per game with this bug, and unfortunately the only way to fix this bug is by leaving the game and rejoining. It's pretty annoying, especially if it's your jungler, but hopefully Riot fixes this soon.

I haven't seen anybody who's been unable to fix it by leaving and then rejoining, so hopefully this will resolve your problem if you have it.
