Hextech Gunblade Nerf - Who does it affect?

Does this mean I'm not viable again? :(

As of the Graves patch, Hextech Gunblade will be receiving significant nerfs:

• Attack Damage reduced to 40 from 60
• Ability Power reduced to 70 from 75
• Life Steal reduced to 15% from 20%
• Spell Vamp reduced to 20% from 25% and is now UNIQUE

So which heroes does this affect? Obviously Akali, whom this nerf was mainly aimed at. However, here's a longer list of heroes this affects:

• Akali
• Jax
• Kayle
• Katarina
• Lee Sin
• Mordekaiser
• Teemo

Out of all these heroes, Akali, Jax, Katarina, and Teemo will definitely be feeling it the most.
