Riot doesn't support ARM at any spec level.

Every laptop sold with Windows 11 has TPM 2.0.
An SSD
Riot's recommended column asks for 16GB SSD.
Integrated graphics are fine
Riot lists Intel's UHD 630. A dedicated card pays off with a 144Hz screen; set League to use it.
