One of League's original 40 champions, Jax was conceptualized as a mysterious, masked combatant who wielded a lamp just to give foes a fighting chance. With mastery over weapons and equipment—and his frustratingly high dodge stat—Jax always stood ready for battle, taunting enemies into imagining if he had a real weapon.
