What it does
- 45% Attack Speed
- 25% Critical Strike Chance
- 4% Move Speed
- Night Vigil: Gain 30 Ultimate Ability Haste.
- Opening Barrage: After casting your Ultimate, your next 3 basic attacks gain 50% Attack Speed and Critically Strike for 80% of your normal Critical Strike damage for 8 seconds. If an attack would already Critically Strike, instead it deals 15% bonus true damage.
