Vanguard decided your PC's configuration is one League doesn't support, meaning it falls short of the game's system requirements.
What to try first
Compare your PC and Windows version against Riot's League of Legends requirements. If you pass, open a ticket with your logs.
Is it you or Riot? If lots of players are hitting this at once, it's probably the servers. Check League server status before you start reinstalling things.
Why this one is different
You won't find a ladder of restarts and reinstalls on this one, and that's deliberate. Riot's explanation is that Vanguard has spotted an unsupported system configuration, which it spells out as a PC that doesn't meet League's system requirements. A reinstall doesn't change your hardware or your version of Windows, so Riot doesn't suggest one.
It's also the only negative code whose Riot article names League directly. Its example report is League closing on the error, and the message uses the "Vanguard Error" heading instead of VALORANT's reconnect prompt.
If your PC falls short
Riot's answer is blunt: play on a supported computer or operating system. There's no workaround on the article. If the problem is your Windows version specifically, Riot has a separate "unsupported operating system" error with its own article, so check that one too if you're on an older Windows.
One thing people mix up: the long list of security features attached to Vanguard Pre-Check (Windows 11 25H2, Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, IOMMU and the rest) is for that optional on-demand mode. It isn't League's minimum spec.

Then Riot wants a ticket. Send it to Player Support with your logs attached, since there's nothing left on Riot's side of the article for you to try yourself.
