In order to commemorate the Korean sever's 1st year LoL anniversary, Riot has released a special Korean Shaco Skin and a special video!
While they haven't publicly announced if the skin will be available on NA/EU servers, it seems likely considering the Muay Thai Lee Sin skin was released to commemorate the Thai server and is available across all of them.
