Running in place level 1 Glitch/Bug (Twisted Fate?) Fix

I'm not sure how many of you this will impact, but I just had a glitch where my character was stuck at level 1 and running in place. I was playing Twisted Fate at the time, but I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

In case you get this bug and you're confused what to do, hitting my ult fixed the problem. I suspect hitting another spell could fix the problem too, but I'm not sure.

Mashing the other keys and asking your teammates "what's going on?!?!?!" did not make a difference.
