To chat a little more about supports in the preason, and specifically Taric, I bring you...TheOddOne - Jungler for Team Solo Mid:

    Pretty cool, but I think that Ezreal was 0-7. also Taric was really fed so i'm not surprised he 1v2 them. I really don't think supports, even Taric, are broken. People are just really used to them being useless so when they get fed and build items, instead of getting 10 wards, their damage is really surprising.

    Let's remember that Taric was nerfed and became a support again instead of being top/jg/supp killing machine.

    Didnt make him much less tanky though, so he holds his god tier still
