After weeks of waiting and staring at his leaked gamefiles, Viktor will finally be released later tonight according to Tamat's red post on the official forums. Also, as a result of a little "bet" he made with the forum goes, Riot's released a moderately entertaining video of them doing a dance video celebrating Viktor's release.
