Three plants, one health each, and a set of spawn timers almost nobody knows. Here's where every Blast Cone, Honeyfruit and Scryer's Bloom appears, what each one really does, and the two that quietly open the objective pits.

Jungle Plants
Spawns and UsesEvery jungle plant has exactly one health, so anything at all pops it instantly, and killing one doesn't register as killing a unit for anything on your build that watches for that.
Which is why most players have used most of their plants by accident. Here's what each of the three is for, and when it's actually there.
Blast Cone throws everyone, you included
Popping one displaces every unit within 325 units of it, up to roughly 900 units away, straight over terrain. Whoever triggered it is not exempt, which is how most people have accidentally launched themselves into a fight they were leaving.
Used deliberately it's three tools at once: an escape, a chase, and a way to put an enemy somewhere considerably worse than where they were standing.
The part worth stealing is the placement. There are two Blast Cone spots in each quadrant, and one in each of the red quadrants exists specifically to give access into the dragon pit and the Baron pit. That's the entrance nobody watches. A team warding the mouth of a pit has not warded the wall a cone can throw somebody over, and objective steals happen through exactly that gap.
Honeyfruit is five pickups, not one heal
Breaking it drops five fruits that sit on the ground for thirty seconds. Each restores health and mana, and each slows you 35% for a quarter of a second as you take it.
So you can take some and leave some, or deny the rest by eating them yourself. That small slow is real too: hoovering up all five while somebody chases you is not free.
It also moves. The first one appears between 6:00 and 6:30 along the river wall near an objective pit, and later spawns creep steadily closer to the lanes, which turns a jungle resource at six minutes into lane sustain at twenty. And if nobody takes one before its respawn finishes, a second can appear alongside it, up to two per half of the river. A stretch of river nobody has visited for seven minutes may be holding double.
Scryer's Bloom fires where you were facing
The pollen goes out in a wide cone in the direction the attacker was pointing, revealing enemy champions for three seconds and everything else for twelve. The plant does not aim itself, which ruins most uses of it: turn to face the wall or the pit you actually want to see before you break it.
There's also only ever one bloom per quadrant. The first arrives between 3:00 and 3:30, always at whichever of that quadrant's two spots sits nearer the side lanes, and once it's used the next one takes five to six and a half minutes and may return to either spot.
Which makes it the most wasted plant on the map. Popping one for no reason costs your team the only vision tool in that quarter for the next five minutes.
The timers worth knowing
| Plant | First spawn | After that |
|---|---|---|
| Blast Cone, inner | 1:15 to 1:25 | Every five to seven minutes |
| Blast Cone, outer | 9:00 to 9:30 | Every five and a half to six and a half minutes |
| Scryer's Bloom | 3:00 to 3:30 | Five to six and a half minutes, at either of the quadrant's two spots |
| Honeyfruit | 6:00 to 6:30 | Creeps toward the lanes, and stacks to two per river half if untaken |
The first line of that table is the one that changes behavior. There's an escape route available to you in the first two minutes of every game, and it costs one attack.
Frequently asked questions
How much health does a jungle plant have?
One. Any damage at all destroys it, and it doesn't count as a unit kill.
Does Blast Cone throw the person who popped it?
Yes. Everything within 325 units goes, attacker included.
How do you aim Scryer's Bloom?
By facing the direction you want revealed before you break it. The cone follows the attacker's facing.
How many Honeyfruit pickups are there?
Five per plant, on the ground for thirty seconds, each with a brief 35% slow attached.
When does the first Blast Cone spawn?
The inner one between 1:15 and 1:25, well before most first clears finish.
The short version
Face the bloom before you pop it, remember the cone into the pit, and check the river walls for a doubled honeyfruit on your way past. All three plants are free and most games nobody uses any of them on purpose.
