Patch 26.21

Five True Damage Know My Name skins reached the PBE on Tuesday, October 6, for Akali, Ekko, Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo.

Ekko's is a Prestige and Yasuo's is the Worlds 2026 skin. All five are already up in 3D on Nerfplz.

Riot filed them under the same skin line as the 2019 originals, so it's the same five members in new outfits. The new splashes put them on one stage: Qiyana, Senna and Yasuo each get their own, with the other two blurred in behind.

All five True Damage Know My Name skins

Prestige True Damage Know My Name Ekko

Prestige | Mythic | 1 chroma

Vivid

Ekko had the 2019 set's only Legendary and got Breakout True Damage Ekko in 2023. Now he's the one with a Prestige, and nobody else in the new set has one. The splash puts him in a white suit and white gloves, with a gold grill and a gold chain.

True Damage Know My Name Akali

6 chromas

Ruby, Rose Quartz, Sapphire, Catseye, Pearl, Obsidian

Blonde pigtails now, and a kunai that glows yellow.

In Riot's 2019 story she's the one who put the group together, and this skin's description opens on the same idea. The PBE data doesn't give hers a rarity tier yet, which makes her the only one of the five without one.

True Damage Know My Name Qiyana

Epic | 8 chromas

Ruby, Tanzanite, Pearl, Catseye, Turquoise, Obsidian, Rose Quartz, Sapphire

This is her fourth True Damage skin. She already had the 2019 Epic and two Prestige editions, the original and the 2022 one. The hair's gone ice blue under a gold tiara, and her ring is lined with speaker cones.

True Damage Know My Name Senna

Epic | 8 chromas

Ruby, Rose Quartz, Sapphire, Catseye, Turquoise, Tanzanite, Pearl, Obsidian

Senna came out in her True Damage skin in 2019, on her release day. This time it's a green bodysuit, goggles pushed up on her head and the cannon over one shoulder.

True Damage Know My Name Yasuo

Epic | Worlds 2026 skin | 3 chromas, plus Unlocked and Momentous

Ruby, Rose Quartz, Obsidian

Riot's Worlds 2026 primer names this the year's featured skin. Part of what it earns goes to the Tier 1 LoL Esports teams, and there's an exclusive Worlds chroma for anyone who buys Worlds Unlocked.

The client lists five entries under its chromas, and two of them, Unlocked and Momentous, aren't colors. He's in a white cap with headphones around his neck.

How they compare with the 2019 line

The 2019 skins were plain True Damage. These carry the name of the new song, the way HEARTSTEEL's second set carried Live My Life.

Before this, Akali and Ekko were the two members with no Prestige in the line. Ekko has one now, which leaves Akali on her own. Once these ship, the True Damage line runs to 15 skins.

When you can buy them

Riot's League of Legends account says they arrive with Patch 26.21, and our LoL calendar has that patch on Wednesday, October 21. Until then they're on the test server only. The PBE build doesn't carry prices, so we've left them out here. Our PBE tracker has everything else in the build.

The song they're named after

Know My Name is the Worlds 2026 anthem, and Riot set the song and its video for October 8 at 6pm PDT. Our True Damage post covers who's on the track and what the video's about, and lists every skin from the first line.
