As we close out this season let's take this time to check out a quick update to the strongest when mastered champion list! We're seeing a lot of new champions and champion reworks make their way up to the top of this this list including Renata Glasc and the newly updated Syndra. One controversial newcomer to this list is Nilah, who is still under the radar but truly does have the potential to become one of the strongest champions on the Rift if you want to take the time to learn her. "Strongest Champions When Mastered"
Tier lists show champions that will help you win games the fastest for the effort needed to play them. This list shows the absolute strongest, most overpowered champions in League of Legends that you can pick after many hours of practice and learning the ins and outs of their kits. If you're willing to put in the work, these champions will carry you as far as you can go on the ranked ladder.

Purpose
Winning in solo queue is a complex affair. There are so many variables involved outside of player control such as lag, that consistency plays a massive part in climbing the ranks. Some champions excel in outplaying other champions, while others rely on brute force or special skills to win.
However, in an ideal situation with teammates who select champions that reasonably synergize with you, which champions offer the most bang for their buck when mastered?
What Makes a Champion "Strong"?
Damage-based champions rely mostly on sheer damage, usually via skill shots to overpower their enemies;
Utility-based champions do something unique and game-changing, creating situations that are extremely beneficial to their own team or create detrimental effects for the enemy team that they cannot ignore.
Outplay-based champions make the enemy miss skills that would otherwise definitely hit, mitigating large amounts of potential damage.
Although some champions may overlap, the criterion laid out above is used and we will omit the following criterion that we use for solo queue:
Aatrox - Many people may be surprised Aatrox isn't on the list and instead in honorable mentions. The reason for this is that although he may be dominant now, he seems more a product of overtuning in the current meta rather than a true timeless pick.
Bel'Veth - Unsurprisingly, Bel'Veth makes the list as a premier jungler. Her kit is somewhat balanced right now but still packs insane mobility which allows her to dodge skillshots at will along with a variety of other serious outplay possibilities.
K'Sante - Falling in line with Riot's theme of highly mobile champions, K'Sante packs an extremely loaded kit full of tools to tank, kill tanks, and hop around freely CCing enemy players. Although he's struggling in the current patch as a result of overpowered tank killers, with a few nerfs and buffs here and there K'Sante is sure to be an excellent champion to master.
Nilah - As a weirdly unique "marksman", Nilah takes some getting used to. Many players still deride Nilah picks as useless compared to standard marksmen, but her rapidly increasing win rate based on games played says a lot about her potential value. As a medium-ranged pseudo-bruiser, she can be extremely effective in outplaying enemies and soaking absurd amounts of damage via her Jubilant Veil [W].
Renata Glasc - A breather from the mobility-heavy champions of this era, Renata Glasc brings a different value to the table through her characteristic Bailout [W]. Acting as a low-powered Zilean ultimate early game with a low cooldown, good use of this ability makes or breaks the game.
