Top Team Comps #85: Patch 7.10 Powerhouse Comp

The top team comps series has been a bit stale lately, so let's mix it up a bit by putting up a patch powerhouse comp at least once a cycle. This team comp is one that I think can absolutely dominant in blind pick, and even more so in a ranked queue (since these champions won't be on the enemy team).

On the other hand, in a ranked queue many of these may likely be banned, but check out the scope of champions below:

Top Team Comps #84: Map Control Kite Comp

The advent of Maokai support being a "thing" after his rework may still strike some as odd, but he's certainly earned the right with his obnoxiously long range engage and huge damage on his saplings. This team composition relies on small skirmishes with their primary initiation being simply boxes or samplings for a quick gank.

It's a bit hard to pull off, but if you can get a bunch of saplings and boxes in a bush, launch a Maokai ultimate on an unsuspecting team from behind a wall and you can all jump in to maul them.

Looking at this comp, some of you are probably thinking Shaco support? Ugh...might as well put in Teemo marksman while you're at it. Hear me out: Shaco's boxes are his strongest spell right now, and Shaco support actually works very well with the 10% CDR from Eye of the Watchers. This means not only is sightstone part of his core build, but you'll also get a massive amount of fear-bombing (and newly semi-sweeper immune) boxes as well.

The rest of the team is fairly self-explanatory but allows you to gain a massive numbers advantage over your enemies.
